SELLER DESCRIPTION
Split-Fire manufactures a line of heavy duty 3 Point-Hitch PTO wood chippers designed for tractors between 20-80hp. Available in either 2-blade or 3-blade configurations, these high performance, self-feeding wood chippers take in un-trimmed branches up to 5 inches in diameter! The chippers are built using 5/16th inch and 3/8th inch plate steel around the chipper box for durability and safety,then sand blasted and powder coated for a longer lasting finish. They are commercial grade machines designed for continuous use producing a consistent chip size of 1/2 to 3/4 inch. The 3-point-hitch wood chippers are equipped with a heavy duty gear box without a clutch and belts to keep maintenance low and feature high speed rotors with an adjustable bed knife.
