SELLER DESCRIPTION

The Athens 127 and 167 Offset Disk Harrows have the features, sizes and weights to handle nearly any disking job on the farm. They can easily plow through stalks and stubble, prepare seedbeds or incorporate chemicals. They are easy to adjust and operate. Rigidly arc-welded out of heavy steel tubing, THEY ARE TOUGH, DURABLE AND DEPENDABLE. These low cost implements are the BEST BUY available in offsets for finishing or primary tillage.

FEATURES

The Model 127 is the ideal weight and size for general purpose usage. With a cutting width ranging from 6' 6" to 12' 6" and a weight of 127 lbs. per blade, this offset can handle nearly any disking job on the farm. The 127 is the BEST BUY available in offsets for finishing or primary tillage. The Model 167 is nearly 25% heavier than the 127. Standard 10 ½" Disc Spacing will handle more trash and give you the results needed in less time.
 
Bearings
QUADRASEAL Double-Row Tapered Roller Bearings on the 127/167 mean long life and less downtime.

Choice of Discs

24" or 26" Cutout or Smooth Discs are offered on the Model 127/167. The disc blades are made from the highest quality steel for superior cutting and durability.

 
Hydraulic Leveling 
Leveling the 127/167 in the field or in transport is an effortless adjustment from the tractor seat.
 
Bearing Hangers 
Both Rigid and Spring Bearing Hangers feature a Wear Plate which protects the front and the bottom-side of the Bearing Housing. The Rigid Bearing Hanger is for general purpose usage in normal field conditions. Spring Bearing Hangers with double-row tapered roller bearings provide maximum flexibility in rocky and uneven land.
