SELLER DESCRIPTION
GA4221GTH_TR_Sil.pngMeeting the Challenge of Varying Field Conditions

Large working widths, fast working speeds and increased maneuverability allow for outstanding productivity with these single-rotor mounted and trailed rotary rakes. The working width of these models varies from 13’5” to 13’9”.

The KUHN GA single-rotor mounted and trailed rotary rakes are designed to meet the needs of hay producers who demand higher productivity, while they increase the quality of their hay and forage crops. Large, well-formed windrows promote faster drying, enabling producers to harvest crops at their peak nutritional value with less reliance on the weather.

Drive components are protected from debris in the fully enclosed, heavy-duty, double reduction Masterdrive® gearbox which requires minimal maintenance. The pivoting headstock, on the GA 4121 GM and GA 4321 GM mounted models, ensures maneuverability, improved terrain following, raking quality and consistent windrow shape. While the simple clevis hitch, on the GA 4220 TH and GA 4221 GTH trailed models, allows you to quickly hookup and go. Tangential, double-curved tine arms allow these rakes to work at various speeds, while still gently raking, assuring raking quality. Since the tines do not normally contact the soil, there is less opportunity for contaminants to enter the windrow, resulting in higher forage quality.
