Chainless 2000 Hurricane
Hustler’s all new 2-in-1 Feeder, Bedder, ideal for farms feeding up to 1000 bales each year. The Hurricane spreader can spread square bales up to 12 metres, and round bales up to 8 metres, designed primarily for spreading Straw bales and has enough power to spread hay. The Hurricane is attached to the proven Chainless 2000 bale feeder which is suitable for feeding out all types of round and square bales, hay, straw and balage.

 Low maintenance drive
Heavy duty hardened 1” drive pins > 400cc motor > Outboard bearing blocks are in a good position to keep clean and greased > Automatic drive chain tensioners mean no adjustment are necessary > self aligining bearings are free running and protected behind drive covers

 Freeflow wiper
Prevents long chop bales from jambing > Requires less power to drive due to free flowing design > Adjustable to suit any preference of feeding and allow additional reach

 Power Rotor
The main spreading rotor unique in design, provide more distance, less dust and can handle thick matted straw.

 Spread adjust
Easily adjust the distance to which the straw is spread. Spread wide or narrow to suit you preferences.

 Silent drive
The newly developed ultra quiet Silent Drive coupling handles high RPM, and loads easily whilst making connecting foolproof. Connecting and disconnecting the head-stock from the cradle can be done without having to leave the operators seat.

 Adjustable restraint
An adjustable bale restraint can be fine-tuned to allow a wider range of bale types to be feed out. It has 2 pre-set positions for round or square bales, which makes setting up easy

 Hydraluic drive
The hydraulic driven design is both low maintenance and less demanding. Only one set of hydraulics is required to operate all functions making it quick-to-connect and easy-to-use.

 Controls
The easy-to-use control console with joystick has an adjustable mount and window suction cup. It can also be hand-held thanks to the rubber grip strips and controls both bedding and feeding functions.

 Folding design
A unique hinging system allows the Hurricane to be stored out of harms way whilst feeding out. The bolted design allows the Hurricane straw spreading attachment to be fitted to any Series II Chainless 2000 balefeeders.

 Loader adapter
The optional loader allows the Chainless 2000, Hurricane combination to be use on most loaders, skid steer loaders and telehandlers.
