Air kits & deflectors
The Air Kits offer better air distribution, higher airflow, a lower noise level, and less power consumption - all together to provide you with a first-class application.
The fan housing is made of high-impact polyethylene and incorporates a unique channel plate that makes the air production much more uniform. The fan blades are made of polymer, a very strong synthetic material, and can be adjusted in order to adapt the air volume to the individual orchard.
Tanks

The tanks are made of high-impact polyethylene and are resistant to plant protection chemicals.

Control unit
EVC control unit
The EC-2 has electrical remote control of all functions and is available with 2 distribution valves. The pressure regulation valve is made of stainless steel for maximum resistance to aggressive products, and the rest of the vital parts are completely sealed off from the spray liquid. The EC-2 unit includes pressure equalization device and pressure gauge. Maximum working pressure is 290 psi.
Air Kits & Deflectors
XF90 & XF70 air kits
The HARDI XF air kits are among the most powerful and efficient on the market. They are developed for very tall and dense trees, such as citrus, walnuts, avocado, etc.
The XF air kits have a 3-channel system that optimizes the quality of the air stream at the same time as it increases the quantity of air. The 8 adjustable deflectors in the air outlet help controlling the direction of the air.
XF70 provides up to 70000 m3 air/h
XF90 provides up to 120000 m3 air/h
SF65 & SF85 air kits
The SF Air Kits are provided with 13 air vanes in the air inlet. Together with the unique channel plate situated in the air outlet, these vanes generate an evenly distributed air stream to assure the best possible application.
SF65 provides up to 65.000 m3 air/h
SF85 provides up to 85.000 m3 air/h
Both the SF65 and SF85 can be fitted with all the different available Deflectors
JET deflector
JET is designed with internal channels that help create a uniform air curtain.
The two adjustable top deflectors allow precise adjustment according to the height of the target. Very suitable for professional spraying in tall hedgerow crops.

DUO deflector
Stainless steel deflector that divides the air from the blower and directs it towards both sides. As the height of the air stream is controllable by means of the adjustable deflector wings, the DUO deflectors are especially suitable for crops planted in hedgerow such as vine, apples, olives, etc.
The DUO deflectors are available in two versions (T & V): One for vine and bushes and another for hedgerow plantations.
Bottom deflector & V deflector
The adjustable Bottom deflector is very useful for directing the air upwards when spraying high-stemmed trees, and the V deflector prevents the spray mist from going directly up in the air, where there is no vegetation.
MATCH kit
The MATCH Air Kit incorporates six easily adjustable air flaps in the air outlet for optimum direction of the airflow. Appropriate for treatment in very dense crops, where a powerful blower is needed.
The MATCH is a blower with exceptional efficacy and yet with a very low power consumption.
Spouts, Booms & Blowers
Spouts
The droplets in the pneumatic system are formed when the spray liquid is torn off a shear plate by a high-speed air stream. As regards the hydro-pneumatic system, the pressure and the size of the nozzle determine the volume and the droplet size.

1 - 4 atomizers or Paraflow tubes with 6 atomizers.
Low volume application technique.
Calibration by means of a restrictor plate.
The Pneumatic spout system features shear plates where it is the air speed that determines the droplet size.

3 or 5 ceramic nozzles situated in the air stream.
Allows applications up to 85 gpa.
Working pressure up to 145 psi.
Droplet sizes are medium to coarse, depending on the nozzle size.

IRIS 2 & B50/B51 booms
IRIS 2 is the multiple award winning spraying system with these features
Polyethylene drop legs which are 100 % knock proof.
Operator’s safety is part of the design, the air slot is quickly and easily adjusted towards the target.
The IRIS application system allows for individual air adjustment as each outlet permits steep angling or even closing of the air supply, if necessary.
The 60" drop leg has an integrated TWIN effect as the four adjustable air outlets are placed at an angle of 10º towards the nozzles

E20 vine boom
The E20 is an exceptionally versatile boom developed specially for vineyards with vines grown in different conditions: Row spacing, canopy pruning, etc. It can be adjusted to spray 2 or 3 rows, depending on the growth and density of the vegetation.
The two & half row E20 boom provides for 47 inches of row width extension on both the left and right booms.
Fully hydraulic: all boom movements are managed directly from the cabin: width adjustment, lift functions and tilting of boom ends
Two rows are enveloped and sprayed entirely or the flip over boom is orientated towards the third row side.
The outer nozzle can be hydraulically positioned for more precision application.
A preferred boom in vine yards where operators search for the benefit from the flip over boom when obstacles are encountered in the row.

Turbine Air kits
The turbine air kits are our secret to give you first class application. Designed by aerodynamic specialists, the air kits have better air distribution, a lower noise level and lower power consumption.
The ARROW and MERCURY sprayers can be adapted to all types of plantation systems, thanks to HARDI’s full range of air kits. The fans and turbines are made of steel and aluminium and incorporate a centrifugal clutch (patented) that assures minimum wear to the sprayer and to the tractor.
With 5 turbine kits to choose from (2 of the kits are only for the IRIS system), air volume ranges from 10000 m3 air/h up to 27000 m3 air/h.
