Comments TR620 Trommel Screen The TR620 trommel screen is built with the toughness you expect from Vermeer, packaged in a compact design to meet your jobsite needs. The tension screen and drum are designed for optimum productivity, offering simple adjustments and maintenance. Combined with the flexibility to produce three products with an optional conveyor, the TR620 offers simplicity and versatility with a reduced footprint.    Features and Benefits .igg{float:right; padding:10px;} .tdg{border-bottom:1px solid #dedede;} .ttl{width: 100%; height: 30px; background-color: #eeeeee; line-height: 26px; padding-top: 2px; font-weight: bold; color: #fff; margin-top: 10px; color: #df0101; font-size: 14px; clear: both;} .list ul{list-style:disc; padding-left:10px;} .list li{width:80%;} With the flexibility to choose an optional three-conveyor configuration, the TR620 allows you to extract three unique products from the incoming material. A Cummins QSB 3.3l Tier4i (Stage IIIB), 120 hp (90 kW) engine is mounted on a pivoting frame that swings out 30 degrees for superior access to fuel filters and hydraulic reservoir for maintenance and service. With the ability to tension the screen around the drum, operators can add rigidity to the screens. This design allows the user of smaller gauge wire, ultimately increasing the open area of the screen to help improve productivity. Operators can control the machine through either the Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through a hand-held transceiver remote. From either control, the operator can choose from four programmable presets or adjust on the fly based on incoming material. A single-hinged side panel exposes the full length of the trommel drum from ground level for drum service and removal. A hydraulic chain drive system allows the drum to lift off the cog for service, and bolt-on sprockets can be changed quickly and help lower repair costs.   General Dimensions and Weights Weight 37440 lbs 16982.5 kg Weight with third product conveyor 40000 lbs 18143.7 kg Hitch Weight 4205 lbs 1907.4 kg Hitch weight with third product conveyor 5300 lbs 2404 kg Transport Length 39.5 ' 12 m Transport Width 98.4 " 249.9 cm Transport width with third product conveyor 9.3'   Transport Height 12.5 ' 3.8 m Operation Length 54.2 ' 16.5 m Operation Width 274.8 " 698 cm Operation width with third product conveyor 454.8 " 1155.2 cm Operation Height 12 ' 3.7 m Capacity 180 cu yd (137.6 cu m) per hour with 0.5" (1.3 cm) screens installed and material with moisture less than 40%   Engine Option One Make and Model Cummins QSB 3.8l Tier 4F   Number of Cylinders 4   Engine Rating 120 hp   Fuel Tank Capacity 73 gal 276.3 L Fuel Consumption 3.1 gph (11.7 Lph)   Maximum Engine Operating Angle (Operating angles do not indicate safe machine operating angles) 30 deg   Battery 950 CCA   Oil Filter Spin-on   Recommended Oil Mobil 15W40   Oil Volume with Filter 11.8 qt 11.2 L System Voltage 12 V, 134 amp alternator   Air Cleaner Dual element   Radiator Fan Suction   Hydraulic System Operation 62.9 gpm @ 2800 psi (238.1 L/min @ 172.4 bar)   Tank capacity 110 gal 416.4 L
