Roger, I just wanted to send you a short message about your staff. I had called to ask a question about the connections for the grease fittings, as one had come off the loader when I was filling it and was then damaged when I tried to remove it from the grease gun. Your one staff member said to me, once he knew where I was calling from, that I should talk to Lloyd. I spoke to Lloyd and he said that he would bring me a fitting on his way home as he lives in St. Catharines, and he did.
