Macon Industries SD-300 is a shaker deck designed specifically for mobility and ease of use.

 

Processing Capabilities: 50-75 tons/hour

Ideal for bulk testing or a small operation

A fast clean up system

Water: Typically fed by 4” or 6” pump (not included)

Power: Typically powered by 30kW diesel generator (not included)

Heavy-duty skids with 400F wear plates

Fully welded main frame with reinforced deck mounts

Large reinforced hopper with built in spray bar

3’ x 8’ Inclined double screen deck

5 x Top deck spray bars

NEMA 4 certified electrical panel

Rear tow lugs

Steel waterworks with 6” inlet 

20’x24” Stacker conveyor option

Low maintenance 10 HP electric motor for deck drive

Catch tray doubles as primary
